Swedish gaming group Betsson has moved to establish a foothold in the soon to be regulated Dutch iGaming market with the €130m acquisition of Class One Holding, operator of the Oranje and Kroon online casino brands.
The Malta-based business operates under the Oranje Casino and Kroon Casino brands, with the pair supported by an affiliate business. The deal gives Betsson access to over 300 domains, a Belgian iGaming licence and a number of proprietary casino games.
