Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) is set to expand its casino affiliation business through an agreement to acquire KaFe Rocks for €35 million.
The company will pay €15 million upfront in cash, as well as a further €20 million in four semi-annual payments over 24 months, with an added earn-out if specific performance targets are met.
In addition, GiG will pay €2.5 million in shares, subject to specific operational cost saving targets.
