Tokyo-listed Sega Sammy Holdings is set to enter the iGaming sector after signing a definitive agreement to acquire platform provider and operator GAN.
Sega Sammy will acquire GAN’s shares for $1.97 per share, equivalent to a premium of 121 per cent over the $0.89 closing price of GAN’s shares on Tuesday.
