Evolution has agreed to acquire B2B social streaming game provider Livespins for a total up-front cash consideration of €5 million.
Livespins will be available for integration into an operator’s casino lobby via Evolution’s One Stop Shop (OSS), allowing multiple players to place a bet to team up and “bet behind” the streamer for a chance to win together.
