Forum network provider CrowdGather is to drop its forum-based business and enter the social casino sector with the signing of a merger agreement with Mega Fame Casino operator Plaor.
Under the terms of the agreement Plaor’s outstanding shares will be converted into 55m shares of CrowdGather common stock, with the deal set to be closed by May 15th.
The combined entity will have annual, unaudited pro-forma revenue of approximately $2m.
