Sydney-listed BlueBet Holdings has agreed a deal to merge with betr to create a leading Australian online sports betting company.
BlueBet will acquire betr’s wagering business by way of an asset purchase and will issue 265.4 million fully paid ordinary shares to betr shareholders, equivalent to around 56.9 per cent of BlueBet’s shares on issue.
