Openbox Holdings acquires Boldplay
17th October 2024 9:30 am GMTGlobal holding company Openbox Holdings has acquired Gibraltar-based online casino games developer Boldplay for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition will see Boldplay’s full roster of content integrated onto Openbox Gaming’s proprietary platform, including titles such as Brute Force, Cam Carter and the Cursed Caves, Cyborg City and Speed Heist.
As part of the acquisition, key members of Boldplay’s development team will join Openbox Gaming.

Founded in 2019, Boldplay is licensed in a number of jurisdictions including Gibraltar, United Kingdom, Malta, Michigan, Romania and Peru, working with operator partners such as ApuestaTotal, BetMGM, Grosvenor Casinos and Sportingbet.
