London-listed online gaming operator Gaming Realms has entered into a deal to acquire specialist iGaming marketing company Blueburra Holdings, owner of the affiliate website Bingoport.co.uk as well as a number of Dragonfish-powered white label bingo skins, for a total consideration of up to £10.5m.
Gaming Realms said that the acquisition is consistent with the group's long-term strategy to increase the combined databases of the company's subsidiaries and enhance revenues by focusing on product and marketing initiatives.
