Nevada casino and slot machine route operator Golden Gaming has agreed to merge with Minnesota-based Lakes Entertainment, which will see Lakes retain its New York stock listing and be renamed Golden Entertainment.
The deal will see Golden Gaming;s three businesses - Golden Route Operations, Golden Casino Group, and PT’s Entertainment Group – combine with Lakes Entertainment, which owns the Rocky Gap Casino Resort in Maryland.
