Canadian gaming software supplier Jackpot Digital, formerly known as Las Vegas From Home, has entered into an agreement to purchase electronic table games supplier PokerTek in a deal worth up to US$7.5m.
Jackpot has signed an asset purchase agreement with Global Cash Access subsidiary Multimedia Games to acquire the PokerTek business, including domain names, inventory, marketing materials, patents, software, trade dress and trademarks.
