London-listed bingo operator Stride Gaming has completed the acquisition of InfiApps, an Israeli mobile social gaming company which operates Slot Bonanza, for a total consideration of up to $39.2m.
Stride has acquired the entire issued share capital of InfiApps for an initial cash consideration of $21.2m, with an additional earn-out of $18m, also payable in cash, to be determined by the company’s EBITDA over the two years following the completion of the deal.
