Hospitality and food services provider Delaware North is expanding its business online with the acquisition of social casino developer Ruby Seven Studios.
Delaware North is one of the largest privately-held hospitality and food service companies in the world and also operates regional casinos in seven US states. It entered into a partnership with Ruby Seven in September last year to develop and launch a range of free-to-play online casino games.
