Danish investment firm Erhvervinvest has acquired gaming solutions provider Gaming A/S from private holding companies Genua and Dansk Automat Expert Holding.
Gaming A/S is Denmark’s second-largest provider of online casino software and the leading slot machine manufacturer. It was created in 2010 through the merger of slot manufacturers CompuGame and Dansk Automat Expert, and has been owned by the two holding companies since.
