The online gaming industry’s leading affiliate marketing specialist Income Access is being acquired by London-listed payment solutions provider Paysafe for a cash consideration of CAD$40.0m (€27.4m).
The acquisition will help to strengthen merchant relationships and redefine the role of a payments provider, Paysafe said.
The company will pay an initial cash consideration of CAD$28.0m for the acquisition, with a deferred consideration of $12.0m payable in three equal instalments over the 18 month period following completion.
