Swedish gaming operator Cherry has moved to strengthen its restaurant casino business, finalising a deal to acquire the assets of Betman, a company supplying casino equipment for restaurants, nightclubs, hotels and pubs.
The agreement sees Cherry pay a maximum purchase price of SEK3.9m (€407,615) for Betman’s casino supply agreements, staff and equipment, with the deal to be finalised on October 1st.
