The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission confirmed Thursday that it will not oppose Tabcorp’s proposed acquisition of Sydney-listed gaming systems provider Intecq.
Tabcorp had agreed to acquire Intecq, formerly known as eBet Limited, in August for AUD$128m in order to strengthen its B2B gaming division.
