Daily fantasy sports (DFS) operator FantasyDraft has moved to consolidate its place in the market ahead of FanDuel and DraftKings' merger through a deal to acquire rival Fantasy Aces.
FantasyDraft has agreed to acquire certain assets from Fantasy Aces, including its player database and corresponding balances, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition sees Fantasy Aces directors Robert Gates and Thomas Cipolla resign from the business, alongside chief financial officer Michael Olsen.
