Toronto-listed gaming supplier Contagious Gaming has completed a restructuring of its European operations that has seen it hand ownership of its sportsbook solutions provider Digitote back to its founders.
The restructuring sees Contagious transfer all shares of Digitote GmbH and its Digitote Ltd subsidiary back to Gabriele Knicker and Guenter Boyks, with the pair returning 8,008,000 Contagious Gaming shares for annulment in return.
