London-listed Nektan has taken over full ownership of digital marketing business Nektan Marketing Services (NMS) following an agreement with Betfred founder Fred Done and ActiveWin Media’s Warren Jacobs.
The joint venture was launched in September 2015, combining Nektan’s gaming technology with Jacobs and Done’s acquisition and retention expertise.
