Sydney-listed Aristocrat Leisure has entered into an agreement to acquire social gaming giant Plarium for an initial USD$500m.
The acquisition sees Aristocrat move beyond its core social casino offering – which generates the bulk of its Digital revenue – into mid-core gaming for the first time.
