London-listed marketing firm XLMedia has acquired full ownership of Tel Aviv-based performance media company Marmar Media.
XLMedia had acquired a 54 per cent majority stake in the business in June 2015 for $7.4m, and has now acquired the remainingg 46 per cent for approximately $2.4m.
Marmar specialises in performance-based marketing for apps and software, and to a lesser degree gambling. It was founded in 2011 and has 16 staff.
