Gauselmann Group subsidiary Cashpoint has expanded its presence in the Danish sports betting market through the acquisition of rival operator Tipico's business in the country.
Cashpoint has acquired Tipico's three betting shops in Copenhagen and a licensed betting office in Odense for an undisclosed sum.
This gives it a stronger presence in Denmark, where it has already opened five franchise betting shops.
