GVC Holdings has acquired bingo operator and supplier Cozy Games for an undisclosed amount.
GVC will inherit around 120 online bingo and casino sites, including the likes of Lucky Socks Bingo, Comfy Bingo, Fun Bingo and Wow Bingo.
