Stockholm-listed gaming operator Mr Green has acquired Redbet-owner Evoke Gaming in a deal worth up to €8.5m.
Mr Green has acquired the operator from Bonnier Growth Media, the venture capital arm of Swedish media group Bonnier, taking control of online gaming sites such as Redbet and Vinnarum, as well as online bingo brands Bertil and MamaMia.
The purchase price amounts to €7m and will be paid in cash, with an additional €1.5m payable subject to meeting certain conditions.
