Australian fantasy sports operator PlayUp has agreed to acquire Draftstars, the daily fantasy brand owned by CrownBet.
PlayUp will use the acquisition, the financial details of which were not disclosed, to accelerate its international growth plans.
The deal will also enable CrownBet to focus on its core sports betting business following its recent acquisition by The Stars Group and its own acquisition of William Hill Australia.
