US casino operator Boyd Gaming has acquired Illinois-based route gaming operator Lattner Entertainment Group for a total cash consideration of $100m.
Expanding into the distributed gaming business, Boyd has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Lattner, which currently operates nearly 1,000 gaming machines in 220 locations across the state of Illinois.
