London-listed gaming operator Rank Group has struck a deal to acquire QSB Gaming, owner of the Spanish-facing YoBingo brand.
Rank has paid an initial consideration of €21m for the entire issued share capital of QSB Gaming, with the purchase price potentially rising to €52m, depending on YoBingo's financial performance this year.
