Churchill Downs and MI Developments are to dissolve their Tracknet media venture after three years of operation, with each party taking over their respective racetrack content agreements, although they remain partners in HorseRacing TV (HRTV).
TrackNet Media was formed in March 2007 by Churchill Downs (CDI) and Magna Entertainment Corp to provide horse racing content to customers through a variety of distribution points and wagering platforms.
