Greek gaming operator OPAP has agreed a deal to acquire 51 per cent of the Greek and Cypriot operations of Stoiximan Group.
OPAP’s wholly-owned subsidiary OPAP Investment has agreed to acquire the stake in the operations of GML Interactive Ltd for €94.86m.
The proposed acquisition follows OPAP’s €50m strategic investment in Stoiximan’s parent company TCB Holdings in September 2018, which gave the company a 36.75 per cent stake in the business.
