Stockholm-listed iGaming affiliate Raketech is targeting expansion in the Japanese market through the acquisition of Malta-based Casumba Media.
Raketech has agreed to make an upfront payment of €2.0m to acquire the company, representing a multiple of approximately 3x EBITDA, with the possibility of additional earnout payments based on certain performance measures.
