Austrian gaming giant Novomatic has sold its Novomatic Lottery Solutions (NLS) subsidiary to Next Generation Lotteries (NGL) for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition gives NGL full control over the NLS Group, including all intellectual property, subsidiaries and existing NLS contracts.
