PokerHeaven.com and Poker Channel parent Gaming Media Group has bought into the soon to be regulated Danish online gaming market with the acquisition of Mermaid Gaming.
Under the terms of the deal, Gaming Media Group (GMG) has taken full ownership of Mermaid in exchange for a 15 per cent shareholding in GMG’s online gaming operation Gaming Media Marketing, valuing Mermaid at £1.5m.
