Scientific Games Corporation has completed the acquisition of European gaming content and machines business Barcrest Group Limited from International Game Technology (IGT).
In April of this year, IGT agreed to sell Barcrest in a transaction valued at up to £35m, including approximately £33m in cash, plus a deferred consideration of approximately £2m which the company said is subject to the satisfaction of “certain conditions relating to a third-party contract”.
