Mississippi’s regulated sports betting market generated total wagers of $36.1m during the month of May.
Total wagers from the state’s 26 licensed sportsbook operators rose 10 per cent compared to the previous month, with basketball contributing $15.0m of the total, followed by baseball at $7.4m and Sports Parlay Cards at $5.9m.
Other sports accounted for a further $7.8m in wagers during the month, with American football generating $145,419 in wagers.
