China reported record lottery sales in 2023 of RMB579.70 billion (€74.28 billion), with strong annual performances by both the Welfare and Sports Lotteries.
The Welfare Lottery had a 31 per cent rise in annual sales to RMB194.44 billion, while the Sports Lottery had its highest annual sales at RMB385.26 billion, up by 39 per cent.
