Danish state-owned gaming operator Danske Spil generated record returns in 2023 as gross gaming revenue climbed 1 per cent to DKK5.04 billion (approx. €676 million).
Dansk Spil attributed the growth to a rise in lottery participation and higher revenue from casino games, offsetting lower revenue from sports betting, which suffered from a low win margin during the year.
