Bragg Gaming has formed a special committee to undertake a review of the company’s strategic alternatives, as the company reported a 10 per cent increase in revenue to €93.5 million for 2023.
Alongside the publication of the company's full year results, Bragg’s Board of Directors confirmed that it has formed an ad hoc special committee, chaired by independent board member Don Robertson, to undertake the review.
