Mississippi’s sports wagers declined by 5 per cent to $44.5 million in March, taking first quarter handle to $120.5 million.
Basketball wagers were $28.4 million in March, which was a 14 per cent fall on the same month last year.
Parlay bets increased by 31 per cent to $9.3 million, representing 21 per cent of Mississippi’s total wagers in the month.
