Online poker payment processor Chad Elie has been sentenced to five months in prison, having pled guilty earlier this year to conspiracy to commit bank fraud and to operate illegal gambling businesses.
Elie was one of the payment processors named in the April 15th indictment against PokerStars, Full Tilt and Absolute Poker. He was arrested last year in Saint George, Utah.
