Chris Ferguson agrees Full Tilt settlement with DoJ

Professional poker player and former Full Tilt Poker shareholder Chris Ferguson has reached a settlement with the US Department of Justice, agreeing to forfeit $2.35m together with an undisclosed sum held in a Full Tilt related account controlled by Ferguson, while admitting no wrongdoing.

The settlement, which must still be approved by presiding Judge Kimba Wood, sees Ferguson maintain his innocence and assertion that Full Tilt Poker “was a legitimate business providing services to its customers [...]
