Incomplete licence applications threaten NJ iGaming launch

New Jersey’s Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) is struggling to meet its planned November launch of online gaming operations because licence applicants have failed to provide it with the required technological specifications and details of contracts with third-party suppliers, forcing the DGE to order all applicants to complete the process by September 20th.
