America's National Council of Legislators from Gaming States (NCLGS) has recently launched a public consultation on the development of a policy framework to regulate interstate online gaming.
NCLGS has a membership consisting of lawmakers from all 50 US states and the District of Columbia, and seeks to develop effective regulations for gambling while remaining neutral on the activity.
