Oklahoma resident Teddy Mitchell has been sentenced to more than two years in federal prison for running an illegal offshore online sports betting operation based in Costa Rica.
He becomes the ninth man to be convicted and sentenced in the case, including his two sons, which followed the unsealing of an 81-count federal indictment in September 2012.
