New Jersey committee approves bill to create iGaming hub

New Jersey’s Senate Government, Wagering, Tourism and Historic Preservation Committee has approved a bill which would allow the state’s licensed online gaming operators to take internet gaming transactions from other jurisdictions around the world.

Sponsored by Senators Raymond Lesniak and Jim Whelan, bill S980 authorises permits for certain New Jersey casinos to provide interstate and foreign internet wagering under certain circumstances.
