Thirteen California Native American tribes have reached consensus on legislative language to legalise online poker within the state.
In a letter this week to California Senator Lou Correa and Assembly Member Reggie Jones-Sawyer, the tribes said that they have reached agreement on the legalisation of intrastate internet poker in California after five years of disagreements.
