Dutch gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has handed out its largest ever penalty to Antigua-based operator Imperial E-Club Limited for targeting players in the Netherlands.
The KSA said that Imperial E-Club had broken the law by offering games of chance without a licence through its EuropaCasino.com site, which was focused on the Dutch market in the period between June 2012 and October 2013.
