The Australian state of New South Wales (NSW) has launched prosecutions against a number of high-profile betting operators that it believes have breached advertising guidelines by publishing inducements to gamble.
The state’s Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing (OLGR) is pursuing cases against four major companies that it believes have looked to incite consumers to gamble by offering a range of rewards.
