The New York State Gaming Commission has formally awarded a fourth resort casino license in upstate New York to Tioga Downs.
It follows the award of three upstate resort casino licenses late last year to Montreign Resort Casino in the Sullivan County town of Thompson; the Rivers Casino & Resort at Mohawk Harbor in Schenectady; and Lago Resort & Casino in the Seneca County town of Tyre.
