Ohio could become a lucrative market for daily fantasy sports (DFS) operators after Senators Dave Burke and Cliff Hite introduced a new bill offering very favourable terms to companies operating in the state.
Senate Bill 375 was introduced by Republican Senators Burke and Hite in a bid to keep DFS operators active in the state while offering greater protection for consumers and confirming fantasy contests as being exempt from gambling legislation.
