Authorities in Slovenia and Croatia have dismantled an international crime syndicate involved in sports corruption and illegal online betting.
The National Bureau of Investigations of the Slovenian Police, supported by the Croatian Police and Europol, found that the network had created an illegal online betting platform in order to place large bets with major Asian bookmakers.
